Salcom (short for Sea, 空气, and Land Communication) is a New Zealand based developer, manufacturer, and supplier of wireless solutions for use in Paging and 遥测 Applications. We're ISO 9001:2015 certified for our dedication to the quality and durability of all Salcom products.

Our solutions are in use around the 全球 by many industries. From complex solutions for tsunami warnings and other natural disasters, all the way to buzzers at your local food court.

With the technological age upon us, we're dedicated to producing the most robust and reliable hardware, using technology proven to deliver results.

Our History

Salcom was brought to life over 40 years ago as an independent off-shoot of Tait Communications, one of New Zealand's most iconic and trus两个rthy providers of electronic solutions. To this day, Salcom still employs engineers who were involved with the founding of Tait.

Now operating as a stand-alone organisation, the existing relationship with Tait is still very much alive and well, with Salcom participating in many projects across their distribution ne两个rk.

We've picked up many great engineers along the way. 我们的R&D Engineering team boasts members that come from Nokia, 飞利浦, Nera Telecommunications, and Siemens. We work to produce the best wireless technology solutions in the world. We're proud to manufacture our products in New Zealand, where quality and reliability is a necessity, not a luxury.
